Back to School!

With school just around the corner, we have to start preparing. It is very likely that our kids are no longer on a desired sleep schedule. This is probably one of the most important aspects for ensuring they can perform well.

Try to get them to return to their school sleeping schedules, cut off the TV, turn off the games, and get them to bed sooner. Slowly get them up earlier and earlier until they are finally used to the correct time. This not only benefits the kids; this also benefits you as the parent. Your mornings will be less stressful if you do not have to struggle getting your kids up in the morning.
